I stayed here for a few nights with my husband and I have to say it was such a great experience. The manager Nick and staff here are wonderful - they are so nice and professional, and they really care about making sure your stay is perfect. They got us booked with a beautiful balcony room. The room was so clean, and the beds were very comfortable- we got the best sleep in this hotel. The food was so fresh and everything was absolutely delicious in the restaurant. Marco Polo's really has such a unique menu, and the cocktails were amazing (I'm very picky and thought they were some of the best I've had). I can't say enough good things about this hotel and I can't wait to stay again soon.

Loved the art deco styling of this hotel. My room was clean with a beautiful balcony, and the shower was nice and hot. I ended up here after a canceled flight, so the soft bed was especially appreciated. It’s only about a half hour from the airport, which was convenient. The breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing, but honestly, what hotel breakfast is? Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Bringing our entire family and friends across the country to celebrate such an important weekend was truly daunting, but Erin and the team at Great Neck Inn made it a pleasure. From helping us coordinate the Friday night dinner and farewell breakfast, to ensuring our guests got the benefit of our hotel block, and had all their needs met, Erin and the team were responsive and all in on making everything a home run. We’ve been coming to this hotel, multiple times a year for the last 4 years. The staff has always been great to us. The Valet, Mike S is amazing and goes out of his way to make sure you feel like family.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend in Great Neck and had a very good experience overall. The hotel has a lovely boutique feel and a beautiful Art Deco style, which made it feel more personal than the larger chain hotels where we usually stay.
